Why practice yoga?

Yoga is an ancient science that improves and balances the body, mind and spirit in a healthy and holistic way.

With regular practice, the benefits that one reaps are plenty and invaluable. These can be seen from the many yoga related websites, researched articles and reports online, where extensive attention and detail have been given to the subject. In brief, yoga helps to:
  • Improve health and immune system

  • Cleanse, massage and strengthen organs

  • Reduce body aches and pains

  • Increase vitality

  • Relieve stress and tension

  • Promote weight loss and anti-aging

  • Gain strength and flexibility
Through Yoga, one also gains greater awareness of the body, relaxation of the mind, better concentration, and an overall feeling of bliss and calmness that follows you even when you step off the mat.
